Petzlo is a trade name operated by Novixly LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. The terms “Petzlo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Novixly LLC, doing business as Petzlo.

We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, physical products, digital materials, subscriptions, and services collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

Petzlo products and educational materials are designed to support general pet comfort, enrichment, relaxation, and calming routines.

They are not veterinary medicines, medical devices, diagnoses, treatments, or substitutes for professional veterinary advice.

Results may vary depending on the individual animal, its environment, health, behavior, and use of the product.

You should consult a qualified veterinarian or animal behavior professional regarding medical conditions, severe anxiety, aggression, unusual behavior, or any concern relating to your pet’s health or safety.

You are responsible for supervising your pet and using all products in accordance with the product instructions, safety warnings, and appropriate judgment.

Immediately discontinue use if a product appears damaged or causes an adverse reaction.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products or Services.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

An order is accepted after payment has been successfully processed and we confirm that the order can be fulfilled.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, limit, or modify an order for reasons including:

Products purchased through Petzlo are intended for personal or household use unless we expressly approve otherwise.

You may not purchase products for unauthorized resale, export, or commercial redistribution.

SECTION 4 — THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Certain products may be stored, prepared, packaged, and shipped directly to customers by authorized third-party fulfillment partners acting on behalf of Petzlo.

These partners may operate warehouses or fulfillment facilities in different countries.

As a result:

  • Products in the same order may be shipped separately
  • You may receive more than one tracking number
  • Packaging may vary between shipments
  • Delivery times may differ between products

Petzlo remains responsible for customer support, eligible refunds, and resolving order-related issues in accordance with our published policies.

Our use of a fulfillment partner does not create a contractual relationship between you and that fulfillment partner.

Your purchase remains a transaction with Novixly LLC, doing business as Petzlo.

SECTION 5 — PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and product availability may change without prior notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices may exclude:

  • Local handling or clearance fees

Applicable charges will be displayed at checkout where they are collected by us.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are subject to the processing and delivery estimates described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery date.

Delays may occur due to:

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or fulfillment.

Where required by applicable law, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods are physically delivered to you or to a person designated by you.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory delivery or consumer rights applicable in your country of residence.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Tracking systems may take several business days to display the first carrier update.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply under local law.

Petzlo may offer digital guides, ebooks, plans, checklists, videos, downloads, or other digital content.

Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only.

Unless we provide written permission, digital products may not be:

  • Shared
  • Resold
  • Republished
  • Uploaded publicly
  • Distributed to third parties
  • Used commercially
  • Modified and presented as the purchaser’s own work

Access to digital content may be provided through email, a download page, a customer account, a QR code, or another delivery method.

You are responsible for entering a valid email address and securely storing downloaded materials.

Digital content does not guarantee any particular result for you or your pet.

Where required by applicable law, immediate access to digital content may require your prior express consent and acknowledgment that commencing delivery may affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

SECTION 9 — SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PURCHASES

Petzlo may offer subscriptions or recurring purchase options for selected products, such as refills or replacement products.

The following information will be displayed before checkout where applicable:

  • Subscription price
  • Billing frequency
  • Delivery frequency
  • Renewal terms
  • Applicable discounts
  • Cancellation or modification options

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us or our payment provider to charge the selected payment method automatically at the agreed frequency until the subscription is cancelled.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and current delivery information.

You may cancel, pause, or modify an eligible subscription before the next scheduled billing date through your customer account or by contacting us.

A cancellation request submitted after an order has already been billed, processed, or shipped may apply only to future renewals.

Subscription cancellations and recurring purchase options are also governed by our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

SECTION 10 — PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotional codes, discounts, free gifts, bundles, and special offers may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Discounts cannot be combined
  • Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively
  • Promotional codes have no cash value

Petzlo and related logos, names, slogans, and designs may be trademarks or trade dress of Novixly LLC.

  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Remove intellectual property notices
  • Use our trademarks or branding
  • Scrape or systematically extract website content
  • Present our content as your own

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

SECTION 12 — CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

You may submit reviews, photographs, videos, suggestions, comments, or other feedback.

By submitting such content, you grant Novixly LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and promote the content for business and marketing purposes.

You confirm that:

  • You own or have permission to submit the content
  • The content is truthful and based on genuine experience
  • The content does not violate another person’s rights
  • Any incentive or compensation connected to the review has been disclosed
  • The content is not illegal, defamatory, abusive, deceptive, obscene, or malicious

We may remove or decline to publish content that violates these Terms.

We are not required to pay compensation for unsolicited feedback unless separately agreed in writing.

SECTION 13 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS, SERVICES, AND LINKS

However, this section does not limit our responsibilities for products purchased directly from Petzlo.

SECTION 14 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Petzlo is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate the online store.

All purchases made through the Petzlo store are made directly with Novixly LLC, doing business as Petzlo.

Shopify is not the seller of Petzlo products and is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, customer service, refunds, or claims arising from transactions between you and Petzlo.

Your use of certain Shopify features may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy notices.

SECTION 15 — PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Information may be processed by Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners, delivery carriers, technology providers, and other service providers where necessary to operate the Services.

Our total liability arising from a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a higher liability is required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 20 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novixly LLC, Petzlo, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims arising from:

  • Your material breach of these Terms
  • Your unlawful use of the Services
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights
  • Content submitted by you
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized conduct

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own negligence, misconduct, or breach of applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the laws of the country or region in which you reside.

Where applicable consumer law permits a customer to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence, nothing in these Terms removes that right.

SECTION 26 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • Payment or fulfillment processes
  • Legal or regulatory requirements
